Lately I have been Enjoying the Musical Styles of EyeJay and Dru B Shinin' Representing the Indie Hip Hop scene of Fort Worth, Texas. Along side with them is the Sphere Music Group. This track is very lyrically intelligent. With fresh home grown beats and hooks that would  make me (of all people) hum along! And their message is always POSITIVE!! Big Daddy Kane What can I asy what a hasn't been said about him.  He is a living legend.  He is one of the pionners of hip hop. He is slicker than your average MC.  When Ice T was asked what he think about the man. This is what he said about Big Daddy Kane :" To me, Big Daddy Kane is still today one of the best rappers. I would put Big Daddy Kane against any rapper in a battle. Jay-Z, Nas, Eminem, any of them.I could take "Raw" right now and put it up against any record ( from today) .
Today, I stumbled upon a Tribute Mixtape Mixed By Dj Sketch Conrad and his Crew THE MY TUNGTING CREW.
Listening to this Mixtape brought back so much memories. Remembering my first school dance, trying to learn the Roger Rabbit, discovering the music video which was Smooth Operator Smooth Operator~ Big Daddy Kane

Oh I wish  singers now a days still sings like this.  Like every great singer of her time Ella sings with alot of pain and heart ache. which you can hear in her voice.  She never relied on auto tune or had any computer tech fix her voice after recording.  It was just pure talent!! Yeah may not old enough to have seen her sing in concerts or even on TV. But I am still a fan.  When ever I hear her sing I can't help but to close my eyes and imagine  that I am front row! Passing Hearts

I has stumbled on this Short film called 'Passing Hearts' Dir: Johan Brisinger / Sweden / 2006 and posted by Future Shots.  As I was watching this film I couldn't help but ask my self 'What was going through this kids head?'.  I was really entriged; so I kept on watching.  And Wow!! I fell in love with this film! I found it very heart warming and showed me how much a single event can change so many lives.
